Cooking in hostels
To sleep and eat cheaply, staying in a hostel might be obvious choice; some hostels in Europe provide light breakfast, like milk, coffee or toasts and most hostels have kitchenette facilities for hosteller. These facilities, though very basic, are most useful if you are travelling on a super tight budget. Usually a hostel would provide utensils, like pots, pans, mugs, plates, forks and spoons for simple cooking and eating. Typical food for cooking as below,
1. Cup of noodle soup
2. Rice with vegetables
3. Spaghetti vegetable
4. Chicken and fried rice.
5. Fresh Fruit purchased at market.
6. Eggs in many ways.
7. Pringles Potato Chips
If you spending most of your day, away from your hostel, pack lunch would save you some money. Pack simple meals like sandwiches, fruits, bars, snacks etc. and rotate them in different days, so as to avoid eating boring food everyday
